Lactation Cookies
Made with LOVE
When my daughter recently had her baby, she asked if I could make lactation cookies—something I hadn’t even heard of! After a little research into the ingredients and their benefits for nursing mothers, I gave it a try. Not only did she love the taste, but she also noticed a boost in her breast milk supply.
We quickly realized how wonderful it was to have a sweet treat that not only satisfied cravings but also offered real support for breastfeeding. And the best part? These cookies are delicious and nourishing for anyone—not just nursing moms.
That’s when we knew we had to share them with other moms on their journey.
Here's how it works:
🍪 Cookies available once a week – Freshly baked with wholesome, milk-boosting ingredients.
📍 Pickup by appointment
🚼 Stork Delivery – For a small fee, we’ll quietly deliver to your porch, because every parent knows: you never wake a sleeping baby.
Whether you're a new mom, a supportive partner, or just love a cookie with a purpose—these are for you. 💕

Brewer's Yeast
Flaxseed Meal
Oatmeal
Brewer’s Yeast
Brewer’s yeast is a powerhouse ingredient, rich in protein, B vitamins, iron, selenium, and chromium. It’s also considered a natural probiotic, supporting gut health. Numerous studies and articles highlight its many benefits—from boosting energy levels to supporting immune function. It’s definitely worth looking into if you're not familiar with it already!
Flaxseed Meal
Tiny but mighty, flaxseed meal packs a serious nutritional punch. It’s an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, lignans, and phytoestrogens. This super seed supports heart health, digestive wellness, and hormonal balance—all in a small spoonful.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal is a fantastic source of iron and dietary fiber, which helps support healthy digestion. As a slow-digesting carbohydrate, it promotes a longer-lasting feeling of fullness. In recipes where the hearty texture of rolled oats fits, I use them as-is. But in cookies or brownies where a smoother bite is preferred—like my Snickerdoodle Cookies—I grind the oats into oat flour. This way, you get all the benefits of oats without the chew.

Disclaimer
I am a Mother of 4, Grandmother of 3.
I AM NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL nor is anyone working with me.
I am not providing medical advice only sharing information I found by Googling the benefits of Brewer's Yeast, Flaxseed Meal and Oatmeal on the internet and reading the highlights of multiple articles and studies.
Nourishing yourself and feeding your baby is important! Check with your physician if you have any questions or concerns (a good idea no matter what!)
Currently, I don't know of any studies that confirm the increased milk production by consuming lactation cookies or brownies. I can only provide anecdotal accounts.
If you are struggling with nursing, consider consulting a lactation consultant. No matter how long you choose to nurse your baby, or how "successfully" you do, just the act of trying is a decision you made with great LOVE.
I was so unsure of myself with my first 2 children and only nursed about 3 months. They took to a bottle like ducks in water. My 3rd and 4th daughters were only breast fed (for a full year) and would never take a bottle.
Every baby is different. I loved feeding them both ways. The bottle was terrific because I could share the bonding. The nursing was terrific because I could savor the cuddling. Do what's best for you!
YOU'VE GOT THIS AND WE'VE GOT YOU!!
