How do I inquire/place an order?

Email is the very best way to connect.  You can contact us through our Order Inquiry Page.  Include the date you would like to pickup your order, an estimated quantity of cookies hoped for, theme, color scheme, names & dates you would like included (if applicable), a copy of the invitation (if available) and any inspiration pins or pictures that you like.  I DO NOT COPY but all the information provided helps me to have a feel for the "look & vibe" of your event.  Once I receive the information, I will let you know if I have calendar availability and provide a quote.

How far in advance should I place my order?

The farther in advance the better : ) We are committed to not overcommitting, therefore, we take a limited number of orders per day/weekend. You can get onto our calendar even if you don't have final RSVP quantities (estimates are okay and numbers may be finalized in the month before).

What are your hours?

We are by order only and don't have walk in hours.

What do cookies cost?

Since cookies are made especially for you, quotes are issued for each event and are based on size and detail/design.  Email us with the date, theme and any pictures/pins/ideas that you have and the invitation (it's full of great color and style inspiration) and we are happy to provide a quote based on your inspiration information.

Custom Cookies start at $54.00/dozen - one dozen minimum order.

Metallic detailing (edible gold, silver, rose gold):  additional $12.00/dozen

Printed Logo Cookies:  $50.00/dozen

Hand piped Logo Cookies:  starting at $72.00/dozen

How are the cookies packaged?

Cookies come in individual heat sealed bags, then all those cookies are place into a box(es) for safe transport home.

If you would like the cookies packaged as favors, we offer the cookies in individual heat sealed bags with coordinated ribbon for an additional $6.00/dozen

How long are the cookies "good" for?

Our heat sealed cookies are "good" at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.  They freeze beautifully!!  Cookies can be placed in their heat sealed bags into air tight containers and then into the freezer for up to 6 months.  When it's time to enjoy them, simply take the air tight container out of the freezer and allow it to come to room temperature before opening the container.  DO NOT OPEN THE CONTAINER UNTIL IT HAS REACHED ROOM TEMPERATURE!!

Freezing cookies is a great option for early ordering in the event that a requested date was already full ; )

Do you offer anything Gluten Free?

We are not a gluten free bakery

Where is the best place to park?

There is free, 1-hour parking on Pacific Street as well as a metered lot across the street from the bakery for longer visits.

How can a charitable donation be requested?

Please submit your request in writing and include the following

-Event date 

-Event location

-How the donation will be used (silent auction, raffle, etc.)

-Who the donation will benefit

-Tax ID

There are many wonderful groups supporting worthy causes! In an attempt to support as many organizations as we can, we are unable to make multiple donations to the same foundation within a year.

Do you host parties at the bakery?

Yes! Private cookie decorating parties are so much fun for a group of friends. . . . minimum of 6 decorators, maximum of 12. Children's parties are designed for age 10 years old and above.  Special arrangements can be made for parties of younger decorators (7 is the minimum age).  Most parties are designed with adult decorators in mind.

The cookies are a curated set based on a theme that you can help select (bridal shower, birthday, baby, etc).  Learn the basics of decorating beautiful cookies - 2 consistencies of icing, piping, flooding, transfers and more!
